Purchase terms
These terms apply to the one-time Minnesota Bid Source Map & Readiness Report sold by Northstar Venture Works LLC.
What you receive
The purchase provides immediate browser access to one independent information report containing official-source links, a vendor-readiness checklist, a bid/no-bid worksheet, and a seven-day action plan. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, consulting engagement, certification, bid submission, or promise of future updates.
Informational use
The report is not affiliated with or endorsed by a government agency and is not legal, tax, financial, certification, or procurement advice. Public postings and agency instructions can change. The original issuing source is authoritative, and you are responsible for confirming deadlines, eligibility, forms, and submission requirements.
Price, payment, and access
The displayed price is $9 USD paid once through Stripe. Stripe processes the payment; this site does not receive or store full card details. The access page opens after a successful checkout. Save the access page for your own business use and do not resell or republish the report.
Seven-day refund policy
If the access page does not open or the report materially differs from the checkout description, request a refund within seven calendar days through the support form. Include the purchaser email and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. This policy does not guarantee a refund because no suitable bid was found or no contract was awarded.
Privacy
Stripe handles checkout data under its own privacy practices. This site stores payment status, order identifiers, purchaser email, price, delivery status, refund and dispute status, and a one-way browser-access token, but not full card details. The purchaser email is sent to our transactional email provider only to deliver the purchased report and related service messages. The support form stores the submitted purchaser email, issue category, message, and timestamps. The separate free-pilot form stores the submitted email, optional business name, category, consent time, and source so the pilot can operate. We do not sell signup, purchase, or support data.
Limits
To the extent permitted by law, the report is provided as-is without a guarantee of completeness, continued link availability, eligibility, response quality, savings, revenue, or contract awards. Northstar Venture Works LLC is not responsible for decisions made by agencies, missed deadlines, third-party site availability, or business losses arising from use of the report.
